Lane Community College Art School, RTEC, Recycling Center, and Specialized Support Servcies

Rowell Brokaw Architects, LCC's prime consultant, is partnered with Opsis Architecture in Portland to provide architectural services on the $8 million dollar adpativie re-use of an exisiting warehouse structure that was previously designed for LCC's aviation program. The new uses include the Art School, RTEC program, Recycling Center, and the Specialized Support Services program.

The project will be in construction Fall of 2010 and complete by Fall of 2011.
