General Growth Poperties asked Rowell Brokaw Architects to help with developing a new vision for the Salem Center Mall. Internally focused malls have been reinventing themselves in recent years to address the street and sidewalk. These images were developed to show how some first steps in this direction may look in Salem Oregon.
