Mark is a Principal Architect of unusual talent and skill who is able to take a project from concept to scheme to detail and construction. With 20 years of experience, Mark played a lead role in the design of the LTD Springfield Station, LTD Eugene Downtown Station, Oregon Department of Forestry facilities, and master planning for the EWEB facility in West Eugene during his tenure at WBGS/Pivot. His impressive record of built work in the region is a testament to his effectiveness as a project and design team leader, and he brings a comprehensive knowledge of sustainability to every project. He was involved extensively in the design of Crescent Village, and has recently completed work on the LTD Gateway Station, and the West Eugene Wetlands Education Center Master Plan.
Mark is currently completing the Lane Community College Art School, RTEC facility, and Recycling Center, a VA Health Clinic in White City, Oregon, and presently he is beginning work on the University of Oregon's Straub Hall Renovation.
Mark has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He studied architecture and art history in Denmark and Italy and served as an intern for the Peggy Guggenheim Collection in Venice, Italy.
