Crescent Village Urban Design

Crescent Village recalls a time when stores, restaurants, entertainment and work were just around the corner. It is Eugene’s first mixed-use urban village project to come to realization.

Filled with a vibrant mix of retail, restaurants, offices and lofts, people will shop, work, live and relax without relying upon an automobile. The pedestrian-friendly community is defined by a dynamic town center with wide sidewalks, small stores, open-air cafes, and park-like gathering places – all with easy access to rapid mass transit, city-wide bike pathways, Interstate 5 and the Beltline Highway.

The project has been carefully designed to meet the anticipated needs of the community and the aesthetic feel of the Pacific Northwest.
