Cannery Station

Cannery Hill is a new mixed-use development in Florence, Oregon. Located at the intersection of Hwy 101 and Munsel Lake Road, this new neighborhood center will be anchored by multi-family housing that includes apartments, townhouses, attached single-family homes, and an assisted-living facility.

The plan for the 17-acre site includes a range of commercial and civic amenities such as restaurants, retail, offices, medical clinics, a boutique hotel and a bank. When complete, Cannery Hill will be an exciting place to live, work, shop and recreate.

Through the appropriate use of materials and contextual forms Cannery Hill will be active, vibrant, and suited to the Oregon Coast. The phased development will have a five- to 10-year build-out, with the master plan slated for completion in 2008.
