Holy Cow Restaurant
Holy Cow owners Kathee Lavine and Anton Ferreira offer delicious, nutritious quick meals as an alternative to conventional food court fare. The design compliments the healthy, tasty, colorful food with innovative material choices, creative planning and a bright color palette. Galvanized steel panels attached with cross battens and brightly colored fasteners transform the existing low ceiling into a lively reflective surface. Refrigerator magnets encourage diners to contribute to ever-changing works of art and poetry on the ceiling.
Natural bamboo facing on the cabinetry is a durable, natural finish that warms the interior. The circular plan and sumptuously curved ceiling promote movement past the daily choices of food and drink. The fused glass art, special lighting and bright color palette add highlights to the space.
